Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the services operated by Magic Payments España SL, you accept these terms of service in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Service description

Magic Payments España SL provides a technology platform that enables fitness, wellness and sports studios to manage bookings, packages, subscriptions and payments. The content, quality and availability of classes is the sole responsibility of each studio.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the confidentiality of your access credentials. You must not share your account with third parties. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Bookings and cancellations

When booking a class, you accept the following conditions:

• You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the class to recover your credit.
• Cancellations outside the allowed window do not generate credit refunds.
• No-show without prior cancellation may result in the loss of the credit used.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency configured by the studio. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the contracted period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless you have consumed the service (attended a class or used credits), in which case it is understood that you have expressly waived this right.

User conduct

You agree to use the platform respectfully and in accordance with the law. Any fraudulent, abusive use or interference with the normal operation of the service is prohibited. The studio and Magic Payments España SL reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

All elements of the platform (code, design, trademarks, logos) are the property of Magic Payments España SL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No usage rights are granted beyond access to the service.

Limitation of liability

Magic Payments España SL acts as a technology provider and is not responsible for activities carried out at studios. Participants attend classes at their own risk and should inform the instructor about relevant medical conditions. Magic Payments España SL is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or service interruptions due to causes beyond its control.

Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the modifications take effect implies acceptance.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, unless consumer protection regulations establish a different venue.
